When we left you at the last blog we were on our way to have dinner with Barb and Pat O'Flynn in the Poconos. We had a wonderful evening and enjoyed the food and the company. Their mountain home is very warm and inviting. Pretty neat place to rest and relax, however Barb and Pat spend much of their labor of love working on upgrades. A sample of the serenity was watching two undaunted Bambis in the yard next door. Thanks again for the fun evening!!!
Our next stop was Rome, New York to visit with Bill's sister, Elaine and Dan Miller. We spent a wonderful few days with them - kayaking, fishing, pontoon boat riding, golfing and watching a beautiful sunset. T
hey live right on Delta Lake and it was so relaxing and we had fun catching up. Evenings were filled with games, games, games. Thanks for hanging in there Dan!

From there we were off to Lake George in the Adirondacks. The area is so beautiful and breathtaking. We went tubing on the Schroon River and took a lunch cruise on Lake George on the steamboat, Lac du Saint Sacrement. The houses and boat houses radiated an air of elegance ........... and $$$. Much fun!!

Now we are finally in Maine - a first for both of us! What a beautiful state! We arrived the same day that President and Laura Bush arrived at Kennebunkport! We didn't have time to have lunch with them though because our schedule was too full!
After seeing the sign below, we were on 'full' alert. However we were not rewarded until we visited a Maine Wildlife Center.
See you in a while as we begin our way up the coast to Bar Harbor and then down to to Plymouth, Massachusetts.
............... life contnues to be good, very very good!!!

Wow! Hasn't God given us a beautiful playground to enjoy?
I think the motorcycle-like pop up belongs to Dad. Wouldn't he have enjoyed cruisin' the country in that get up?
Have fun.
